🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in original condition

It’s in original packaging with all tags and labels intact

You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Please Note:

We do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable (clearly marked on the product page).
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product delivered).
🔁 Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange for a different color or model:

Return the original item as per our return process

Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost (if available)
