At Pink Covers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It’s in original packaging with all tags and labels intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable (clearly marked on the product page).


💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product delivered).


🔁 Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange for a different color or model:

  • Return the original item as per our return process

  • Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost (if available)

❗ Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable courier for returning your item

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to our error)

  • Refunds will not be processed until the returned product is received and inspected
